Jenas rejects exit talk

Jermaine Jenas has poured cold water on reports which have suggested he could be heading for the White Hart Lane exit door.[LNB] The Tottenham midfielder has been strongly linked with Aston Villa over the summer, amid rumours of a summer shake-up in North London.[LNB]Spurs boss Harry Redknapp described Jenas as one of his 'best players' earlier in the week and claimed there had been no contact from Villa boss Martin O'Neill.[LNB]Jenas, 26, is equally calm about where his future lies having reiterated Redknapp's standpoint.[LNB]Jenas told The Sun: "I'm a Tottenham Hotspur player and I'm happy here, and that's all there is to it."[LNB]Another midfielder to commit his future to Tottenham is promising starlet Danny Rose.[LNB]The England U21 international, brought to the capital from Leeds in July 2007, has signed a new contract that binds him to his present employers until 2013.
