O'Neill fielded 10 English players against Bolton at the weekend, including Ashley Young and Gabriel Agbonlahor who have already featured in Capello's plans. But the recent form of 22-year-old Milner, and the fact he has managed to avoid injury, has caused Capello to take notice.[LNB]"I'm very happy for players that play with Aston Villa, he said. "They are young players and are performing. The player I like is Milner. He's the future, my future."[LNB]"He [Milner] was close to being in the squad when he was at Newcastle but was injured before we could pick him. He's been good for the Under-21s. [LNB]"He was very, very interesting when we saw him play at Southampton (against Republic of Ireland), he scored two goals in that game. I remember this game because I thought he was a good player.' [LNB]Meanwhile, Capello has sent a message to Premier League clubs that he wants an earlier start to the next domestic season so he has as much time as possible to prepare for the 2010 World Cup finals.[LNB]He considers the extended period he spent with his players last summer as a key factor in England's four wins from as many qualifiers - and believes the time before the finals themselves will be vital. [LNB]"I think it is very important because I can work with the players and practice a lot," he said. [LNB]"When we stayed together for 10 days it was very, very important for us. After we have qualified we can speak about this more though." [LNB]
