"James Milner came off at half-time and of course Carlos Cuellar misses the game through very little fault of his own. He misses out through suspension.[LNB]Frustrated"We have certainly got positions to concern ourselves with and we have got one or two others who we will give fitness tests to."[LNB]O'Neill, whose side could move fourth in the Premier League with a win at West Ham, was frustrated to see Cuellar sent off, especially as it is not possible to appeal against the two yellow cards.[LNB]He said: "I think that replays show that he has been severely dealt with. Considering that the second booking, he has actually got the ball.[LNB]"The other one, it is an impossibility for him to get out of the way. He has made no attempt to really obstruct the play and tried to stop.[LNB]"He was unfortunate with the first and really unlucky with the second."[LNB]
