Harewood faces three months out

Aston Villa striker Marlon Harewood will be out of action for up to three months after breaking a bone in a foot.Harewood, 30, had been on loan at Championship leaders Newcastle until the end of December and the Magpies were hoping to agree another stint. [LNB]The ex-West Ham star will have surgery on the metatarsal injury suffered in training and faces being sidelined for much of the rest of the season. [LNB]Harewood had also been linked with a loan move back to the Hammers.
