Fulham 3 Aston Villa 1: Comeback kid Kamara turns back the clock
Last year, at exactly the same stage of the season, Fulham's great escape began with a dramatic comeback victory at Manchester City.
That win came courtesy of a Diomansy Kamara brace and a Danny Murphy tap-in from a penalty rebound.
On Saturday, Aston Villa were dispatched with considerably less fuss, once again thanks to a Kamara brace and a Murphy penalty.
There, however, the similarities between Fulham's two seasons end.This time around, victory for Roy Hodgson's side had nothing to do withbeating the drop and everything to do with edging closer to European qualification.
