The England Under-19 international has impressed at the Walkers Stadium after breaking into Leicester's first team in 2007 and his form has not gone unnoticed. However, the 19-year-old's attention is solely focused on the upcoming season with the Foxes, where he aims to further his burgeoning reputation. "You're not going to go through a summer without speculation, and when you are playing for England you're going to get it," Mattock told the Leicester Mercury. "When it happens you deal with it, but I'm focused on playing well for England and then taking that back with me to Leicester. "We're aiming to do well in the Championship and we'll be looking to get a few wins under our belts and make a good start."
