Duo keen on Harewood

Marlon Harewood's agent has admitted the Aston Villa star is likely to leave the club this summer. A number of clubs have been linked with the former West Ham man, who has dropped well down the pecking order at Villa Park. The 29-year-old failed to start a single Premier League game last term and he is ready to move on in search of regular first-team action. Hull City and Middlesbrough have been credited with an interest in Harewood and the player's representative, Phil Sproson, admits the duo are among a host of clubs chasing the forward. "I think it is most likely Marlon will move on this summer," Sproson told skysports.com. "He is keen to be playing regular first-team football and he accepts the situation at Villa. "There are a number of clubs interested in Marlon, including Hull and Middlesbrough, but nothing has been decided yet. "It depends on whether any interested club can agree a deal with Aston Villa before anything can happen."
