Carrick blow for Capello

Michael Carrick has been forced to pull out of the England squad and has been replaced by James Milner.[LNB] The Manchester United midfielder is currently carrying a foot injury and has been ruled out of international action as a result.[LNB]He will now sit out England's 2010 World Cup qualifying double-header against Kazakhstan and Andorra.[LNB]Fabio Capello has wasted no time, though, in identifying a replacement for his crocked star.[LNB]The Italian has decided to promote Aston Villa winger Milner from the U21 squad into the senior fold.[LNB]Milner's inclusion brings the total number of Villa players in the squad to four, with Gareth Barry, Ashley Young and Emile Heskey already involved.[LNB]
