Jose Mourinho, the self-styled 'Special One,' may believe he was the man for the England job and sees it as his destiny to return and manage here, but it would seem his fellow bosses don't rate him as highly. [LNB]In the build up to the Champions League quarter-final showdown with Tottenham, Mourinho has claimed the FA offered him the top job before Fabio Capello, but in a poll of top flight bosses the Portuguese comes way down the list of the best Premier League managers.    [LNB]A survey of the league's coaches also revealed that tactics rate very low in the most important skills required to succeed and a number even claimed they would be politicians if they weren't involved in football. The mind boggles!  [LNB]See if you agree with your club's boss on hot topics such as who they think will win the league and who they would buy if money was no object...[LNB] Take a back seat: Mourinho rates highly, but nothing like Sir Alex Ferguson or Arsene Wenger[LNB] Team of the season so far in the Premier League?[LNB]1.
