Baggies snub Dorrans interest

The 22-year-old midfielder has drawn the attention of a number of top-flight clubs following a string of impressive performances this term.[LNB]The Toffees, Villa and the Potters, as well as Sunderland, have all been linked with a move for the highly-rated Scotsman but the Baggies insist he is not for sale.[LNB]Dorrans, who joined Albion in 2008 from Livingston, penned a three-year deal in May and has fast become a firm favourite at the club.[LNB]So much so that skysports.com report he is set for a renewed contract offer and substantial pay rise in a bid to retain his playing services beyond his current deal.[LNB]Albion chairman Jeremy Peace admits Dorrans is crucial in the club's quest to regain their top-flight status.[LNB]"We need a team capable of getting us out of the Championship," he told the Daily Star.[LNB]"If we start selling our best players, we won't have that.[LNB]"You need players not only to get you out but who can improve you in a higher division.
