Aston Villa youngster Isaiah Osbourne arrested over conspiracy to rob

Aston Villa's Isaiah Osbourne has been arrested on charges of conspiracy to rob, it has emerged. The midfielder was hauled out of the club's Bodymoor Heath training base on Friday morning and interviewed at Kings Heath police station in Birmingham over the incident. Osbourne was released on bail pending further enquiries. It is alleged that the 21-year-old was involved in an incident during the sale of a car during which the prospective purchaser was robbed. A police spokesman confirmed: "A 21-year-old man was arrested at Aston Villa's  training ground on October 2 on suspicion of conspiracy to rob. "He has been released on bail while further enquiries take place."
