Aston Villa central defender Curtis Davies is a major doubt for Sunday's Barclay's Premier League clash with visiting Fulham.
Davies suffered yet another recurrence of his long-standing shoulder problem during the Europa League qualifier with Rapid Vienna on Thursday.
Youngster Shane Lowry could replace Davies if Villa have failed tocomplete the signing of Manchester City skipper Richard Dunne in time.
Left-back Stephen Warnock will be in line for his debut after completing his move from Blackburn on a four-year deal.
