The only way anyone is going to get their hands on Ashley Young is to buy Aston Villa, says manager Gerard Houllier. [LNB]'No way will Ashley be leaving in January, unless you buy the club,' said the Frenchman.[LNB]Staying put: Villa winger Ashley Young[LNB]The Villa boss, who must decide whether to field new signing Robert Pires at Blackburn Rovers today, believes that 25-year-old Young wants to stay and improve his game at Villa.[LNB]Young is part of a promising young team being built at Villa, with midfielder Barry Bannan the latest to sign a long-term contract.[LNB]And Houllier has challenged Young, who has 11 England caps, and his team-mates to deliver eight solid performances to take themselves and the club up another level, despite Villa's long injury list.[LNB]'There are various levels for top players,' said Houllier. [LNB]'There is Premier League level. The second is international and the third - which only a few reach - is world-class level.[LNB]'We have players at the Premier League level and some of them on the verge of getting into the international level. The target for them and for me is to make them regular international level. This is the target for Ashley.[LNB]'He is not at a higher level yet, but he will make it.
