Gabriel Agbonlahor has warned Aston Villa's latest academy graduates they will have to be patient as they adjust to life in the Barclays Premier League. Marc Albrighton and Ciaran Clark have earned rave reviews for their performances during the opening matches of the season while Barry Bannan, Andreas Weimann, Eric Lichaj and Jonathan Hogg have also had a taste of first-team action. Agbonlahor has developed into one of Villa's key players since making his debut in 2006, and he is eager to help his young team-mates. The striker told AVTV: "I think if you look at the likes of Marc Albrighton and Ciaran Clark and the impression they have made - and Barry Bannan too - they have been terrific. "Sometimes it doesn't happen for you every game. That happens with everyone that comes through. Not every game is going to be perfect. "But if you look at the West Ham game, the way they played in that game and in the European game, it shows they have got the talent. Hopefully they can keep it going."
