Vucinic pledges future to Roma

Montenegro international Mirko Vucinic has signed a two-year contract extension with Roma that will keep him in the Italian capital until the end of the 2012-13 campaign.

The 25-year-old has found the net 30 times in 107 appearances for the club and managed 11 Serie A goals in the season just finished.

He joined the Giallorossi from Lecce in the summer of 2006 and has formed a fine partnership with Francesco Totti.

Vucinic was also a prolific scorer for Lecce, scoring 29 times in 62 starts and 23 appearances from the substitute's bench.
