AS Roma hero Francesco Totti could return to action in Thursday night's Coppa Italia semi-final against Udinese.
He has been included in coach Claudio Ranieri's squad for the first leg at the Stadio Olimpico in what could be his first appearance since picking up a knee injury in December.
Despite his absence, the side from the capital have flourished, winning their last four Serie A games, but if fit and available, he is expected to make a return.
Speaking to reporters, Ranieri said: "We will monitor his condition.
"Knowing Totti, he always says he is ready to play. He always tries to give more than he can and this is dangerous."
