AS Roma are interested in bringing Brazil international Adriano back to Serie A, according to reports in Italy.
The troubled striker was released from his contract by Internazionale manager Jose Mourinho last season but the Romans are thought to be ready to take a chance on him.
Gilmar Rinaldi, the player's agent, suggested that there could be a chance of the player returning back to the continent.
Speaking to Sky, he said: "For now I cannot name any names, but there are requests from Italy and he could return soon.
"Adriano has a contract with Flamengo until May and his aim is to go to the World Cup.
"There is a window, so if something important comes up he can go to Europe, not just Serie A."
