Roma have completed the permanent signing of Italy forward Stephan El Shaarawy from AC Milan for 13 million euros (£10million).
The 23-year-old, who joined Roma on loan in January with an option to buy, has signed a four-year contract with the Giallorossi tying him to the club until June 30, 2020.
El Shaarawy said on www.asroma.com: "Today is a very special day for me because I am now a Roma player in every way.
"I would like to thank the president, Mr Pallotta, sporting director Walter Sabatini, coach Luciano Spalletti, my team-mates and the entire Roma staff for the faith they have shown in me from day one - and especially the Giallorossi fans, who welcomed me with warmth and affection.
"Together we will achieve big things ... Daje Roma!"
El Shaarawy scored eight goals in 16 Serie A appearances last season, having spent the first half of the campaign on loan at French club Monaco.
The former Genoa forward is currently with Italy at Euro 2016.
