American tycoon Thomas DiBenedetto was on Tuesday officially named as president of Serie A club Roma.
DiBenedetto completed his take-over of the club during the summer but now the formalities of the previous board's resignation and the hand-over of the presidency have also been undertaken.
His take-over ended 18 years of ownership by the Sensi family, first Franco and then his daughter Rosella.
