Zola: I won`t change my style

Gianfranco Zola admits he is losing sleep over West Ham's dreadful start to the season but says he would "rather change jobs" than scrap the attacking philosophy with which he will send out his players against Arsenal at Upton Park on Sunday. West Ham have won just one match this season and they could be bottom of the league by the time they kick off their London derby against the Gunners. Zola said: "Yes, it does keep me awake at night. This is a job where you have to look after many things. You are always looking for solutions. It is a job that keeps you busy. "But the way I like to play is the way I believe is right for this club. I won't change my principles. I didn't last year when we were having problems as well. I do this job because I love to do it in this way and I won't change it. I would rather change jobs. "It's one of the things I admire very much in any person who does a job. You can change certain things but the principles or your philosophy doesn't have to change."
