Wigan pair Hugo Rodallega and Charles N'Zogbia free to join Arsenal or Liverpool in summer
Wigan chairman Dave Whelan will let striker Hugo Rodallega and winger Charles N'Zogbia leave the DW Stadium if Arsenal or Liverpool come calling in the summer.
