Wenger: We're happy to play at home

Arsene Wenger insists Arsenal have no psychological hang-up about playing at home. The Gunners have the best away record in the Barclays Premier League and triumphed 4-2 at Aston Villa on Saturday. It took their points tally to 17 from eight games on their travels - a sharp contrast to their form at the Emirates Stadium. Arsenal have been beaten in front of their own supporters by West Brom, Newcastle and Tottenham - the same number of losses as bottom placed West Ham. But Wenger is adamant it is not a major concern with his side challenging strongly for the title. He said: "The fact we have away wins, but are not winning so much at home, I feel it is a coincidence. I don't believe we have a mental problem in terms of playing at home. "I would prefer to have the problem this way around rather than the other way around. It is good to know you can win away and, at some stage at home, you know you will get things right. There is no fear about playing at home. "Maybe we want to be a bit more urgent at home. Maybe we feel at the start a bit too confident, I don't know."
