Wenger: This could be Diaby's season
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger believes the Premier League could be about to see the best of Abou Diaby.
French midfielder Diaby marked his 100th game for the Gunners with an impressive display against Portsmouth, scoring twice in a 4-1 win.
"When he decides to play more defensively, he is exactly like Patrick Vieira," said Wenger. "He has quick transition from box to box.
"When we are on the counter-attack, he is fantastic."
Wenger added: "This could be his season. He has all you dream to have to play in the Premier League."
