Arsene Wenger is ready use the summer transfer market to find the experience required to transform Arsenal into Premier League title winners.[LNB] The construction costs of Emirates Stadium and a £133million loan on the Highbury Square development have limited the Gunners financially over recent years.[LNB]But the successful pay-off of the loan, combined with the sales of Kolo Toure and Emmanuel Adebayor, means that a reported £35million could be available for Wenger.[LNB]And the Frenchman has revealed that he is ready to adapt a transfer plan that has previously focused on developing young talent in order to add a few stars to a squad who just ran out of legs in this season's title race.[LNB]Wenger said in the Daily Telegraph: "If we bring some players in then they have to be experienced.[LNB]"I think we have been in the race this year with the team we had. We will be stronger next year just with the internal improvement and with the experience these players will have.[LNB]"The additions will be minimal but if there are some they have to be really top class."[LNB]Bordeaux striker Marouane Chamakh has all but confirmed that he will be joining Arsenal on a free transfer in the summer, while Wolfsburg forward Edin Dzeko remains as a reported target.
