Wenger - Injured quartet are 'new signings'

By Chris Harris Arsène Wenger plans to bolster his squad before the transfer window closes. If he can't, he will console himself with the knowledge that a raft of 'new signings' are just around the corner.Andrei Arshavin has been heavily linked with a move to Emirates Stadium and Wenger admits he is "open" to the prospect of other reinforcements. But perhaps the biggest boost to Arsenal's chances of a successful season will be the return of Eduardo, Theo Walcott, Cesc Fabregas and Tomas Rosicky.The injured quartet are on their way back. Eduardo is already fit after recovering from the broken leg and dislocated ankle he suffered at Birmingham last February. Walcott (dislocated shoulder), Fabregas (knee ligaments) and Rosicky (hamstring tendon) are expected to follow in March and April. Wenger believes they will make a big difference."We are open
