Walcott boost for Arsenal and England as winger targets Fulham for comeback

Theo Walcott is hoping to be in Arsenal's squad for Saturday's trip to Fulham. The 20-year-old England winger has not featured this season after suffering a muscle injury in his lower back but, according to the Daily Mirror, is on the brink of a comeback after an injection to boost his recovery. Walcott's return is also good news for England boss Fabio Capello with next month's double-header against Ukraine and Belarus set to bring the curtain down on the successful World Cup qualifying campaign. Gunners manager Arsene Wenger was furious that Walcott was called up for England’s end-of-season qualifiers and then the Under 21 tournament and blamed his back injury on the lack of a break. Walcott suffered a setback last week and missed out on returning to the starting line-up against Wigan on Saturday.
