Transfer News - Arsenal in for Neymar; Villa and Liverpool want St Ledger

The 18-year-old, who's first name is actually 'Mike', has been strongly linked to Chelsea in the past, but it appears Arsenal could be ready to steal their thunder.

Neymar currently plays for Santos, where he sensational performances have drawn predictable comparison to Pele.

He made his full international debut in August, and scored in a 1-0 victory against United States.

Santos are rumoured to value their young star at around the £25 million mark.

Meanwhile, Aston Villa and Liverpool are reportedly fighting it out to sign Preston defender Sean St Ledger. (Daily Mail)

Villa and Liverpool scouts have been watching the 25-year-old defender and been impressed with his form.

The Republic of Ireland international is a Villa fan however, which could tip the balance.

St Ledger is valued at £4m.
