Toulouse have told Tottenham Hotspur to more than double their £12million bid for France Under 21 midfielder Moussa Sissoko. Harry Redknapp has scouted the 19-year-old and hoped to see off interest from Everton and Liverpool in the highly rated youngster. But a bullish Toulouse have slapped a £25m price-tag on Sissoko after he was named in the France senior squad for the first time this week, in place of Spurs and Arsenal target Patrick Vieira. His employers are growing in confidence of keeping together the side that finished fourth in the French League last season, thus qualifying for the Europa League. With the season kicking off this weekend, Toulouse believe they have also seen off interest from Arsenal and Lyon in 23-year-old striker Andre-Pierre Gignac, who was the French League's top scorer last season.
