Simon Jones is Sportsmail's man on the inside of all the biggest (and littlest) transfer moves this summer. Insider His column, published every weekday, offers an insight into the deals which will be done and those that won't - and why. A 5/5-rating means The Insider reckons it's a done deal; 0/5 means The Insider has his mortgage on it not happening. Don't miss your daily instalment of The Insider every weekday through the transfer window here at MailOnline. Diniyar Bilyaletdinov Lokomotiv Moscow to Everton - The Insider says: 4/5 David Moyes has £23m burning a hole in his pocket from Joleon Lescott’s fractious move to Manchester City and only seven days to spend it. First through the door looks like being Lokomotiv Bilyaletdinov (try getting that on the back of your replica shirt) in a £10m deal. Diniyar Bilyaletdinov Moscow to Everton: Diniyar Bilyaletdinov is on the brink of sealing a £10m move With no sign of Mikel Arteta returning from his knee injury in the near future, Moyes is short of left-sided midfielders and the 24-year-old Russia international fits the bill. Moyes is also interested in Spartak Moscow’s right winger Vladimir Bystrov and is expected to sign two centre-backs to replace Lescott and the injured Phil Jagielka. Eidur Gudjohnsen Barcelona to West Ham - The Insider says: 3/5 Gianfranco Zola hasn’t got the £5m to buy his former Chelsea teammate but a season-long loan might suit both sides for the time-being. Eidur Gudjohnsen Loan star: Gudjohnsen is heading for east London Gudjohnsen has long been linked with a return to England after becoming an increasingly peripheral figure at the Nou Camp, and at the age of 30 would welcome regular first-team football. West Ham are desperate for forwards to support Carlton Cole, and the classy Gudjohnsen suits the kind of cultured football Zola is trying to bring to Upton Park. It remains to be seen if any deal for the Iceland international would affect West Ham’s pursuit of Livorno’s Alessandro Diamanti. Stephen Warnock Blackburn to Aston Villa - The Insider says: 4/5 Stephen Warnock On the move: Warnock is set for Aston Villa Sam Allardyce’s decision to leave Warnock out of Saturday’s game at Sunderland is a clear indication that negotiations are at an advanced stage for him to move to Villa Park. The Rovers boss is believed to have set a 48-hour deadline for the £8m deal to go through, although with the transfer deadline closing in seven days’ time anyway that should make little difference. Expect Villa to land the uncompromising former Liverpool man, who can operate equally effectively at either left-back or central midfield. Allardyce has Gael Givet as a direct replacement and a week to spend the £8m wisely. Ben Watson Wigan to Cardiff - The Insider says: 3/5 Ben Watson Exit ahead: Watson could be sent packing to Cardiff Watson was signed for £2m by Steve Bruce in January but has not figured under his successor Roberto Martinez who signed Honduras central midfielder Hendry Thomas this summer. Wigan are ready to consider a season-long loan, with a view to a recouping their money in a permanent deal next year, and Cardiff are believed to be ahead of QPR and Middlesbrough in the queue to sign him
