However, he does not want to be compromised on his desire to keep Cesc Fabregas.[LNB]Wenger does not want to sell his talismanic captain and would prefer to handle the deal in a similar way to how Manchester United handled Real Madrid's initial robust proposal for Cristiano Ronaldo. He would like to add to Arsenal's squad this summer and give Fabregas the belief that his side can finally win a trophy. [LNB]Toure could play a significant role either in central defence or midfield but Arsenal believe his value is inflated. They would rather do a deal for Toure alone than include him in any Fabregas negotiations. [LNB]Manchester City, United and Chelsea are all interested in Toure but have been put off by the £30m valuation. City were criticised for walking away from talks but they simply don't want to be ripped off anymore.[LNB]Radamel FalcaoPorto to Tottenham - The Insider says: 3/5Tottenham's scouts have been impressed with the Colombia international for some time and few can argue against his goalscoring record. [LNB]Juande Ramos was a big fan and wanted to bring him over to White Hart Lane from River Plate but the deal was complicated and the player preferred to stay in SouthAmerica. [LNB] Hitman: Falcao (left) scores his infamous goal against Arsenal in the first-leg of the Champions League round of 16[LNB]Tottenham want to improve their options up front and, ideally, want a player who could lead the line on his own. Observers would argue Falcao, nicknamed the Tiger, is more like Jermain Defoe: quick and explosive with an uncanny knack for scoring goals. [LNB]Manager Harry Redknapp would like to give Defoe some competition but a £15million outlay could be too expensive for the board to consider if the player is not first choice.[LNB]Philippe Senderos Arsenal to Fulham - The Insider says: 4/5 Fulham manager Roy Hodgson has put interest from Liverpool to one side to deal with bringing in another bargain for Fulham. Senderos has had a difficult past two years after falling down the pecking order at Arsenal. [LNB]He was loaned out to AC Milan then to Everton and had little chance to impress. He figured briefly for Everton in their Premier League and Europa League campaigns but showed signs of ring rust. He was given a tough time in Portugal against the pace of Sporting Lisbon and injured knee ligaments. The Swiss international is still only 25 and, if he can work on his mobility and sharpen up his pace, could prove a useful signing particularly as a free transfer.[LNB]Andrew DriverHearts to Burnley - The Insider says: 3/5Heading south? Driver [LNB]The England U21 international is on Burnley's radar as they look to line up a replacement for Chris Eagles but their bid of £1.5m will fall short of Hearts' valuation.[LNB]Driver, born in Oldham, has represented Scotland schoolboys and is hopeful of returning to the Scotland fold if manager Craig Levein can cut through red tape. He is still developing at 22 but has potential.[LNB]Burnley have made two bids in the past to sign him which were rebuffed and Bolton manager Owen Coyle has kept an eye on his development.[LNB]Steve McClaren's former club FC Twente also made a bid for him but Hearts value Driver at around £3.5million. Burnley have had inquiries for Eagles with Sunderland among his admirers but verbal offers so far have fallen well short of their valuation.[LNB] More from Simon Jones - The Insider...
