Veteran defender Sol Campbell is hoping he has done enough in his short time back at Arsenal to earn a contract for next season.
The 35-year-old centre-half rejoined the north London club in January following an ill-fated spell with Notts County.
Campbell has made 11 first-team appearances following a spate of defensive injuries and has successfully resurrected his career in the top-flight.
However, the 73-times capped England international has revealed he still does not know if and when he will be offered fresh terms by Gunners boss Arsene Wenger.
"I really don't know what's going to happen," he told the Daily Mirror.
"The boss has always done it as he does. He might phone me in July, might speak to me next week, but for me I'm just going to concentrate on the last few games.
"He will do it in his own way as he always does."
