Silvestre leads Schools For Hope charity game

On Sunday 14 June 2009 Arsenal defender Mikael Silvestre will be joined by many other Arsenal stars and also FIFA World Player of 2008 Cristiano Ronaldo, ex-Arsenal and Barcelona star striker Thierry Henry as well as many other top European football stars for a fundraising extravaganza benefiting Schools for Hope, Silvestre’s very own charity. The All Stars for Hope team will play at Giants Stadium, New York, ultimately aiming to raise over $1,000,000 for Schools for Hope, as well as helping to build awareness of the charity and promote fundraising efforts to support building schools around the world for underprivileged children.
