Senderos wants Milan stay

Arsenal defender Philippe Senderos has declared that he would like to make his loan deal at AC Milan a permanent move. The Switzerland centre-back, 24, joined the Italian giants on a season-long loan last summer and has started just seven Serie A matches since the switch after being hampered by injury at times. Senderos, though, has enjoyed his time at San Siro and would be interested in severing his ties with the Gunners, whom he joined from Servette in 2003. "I feel very good here and I would like to stay," Senderos told Milan Channel. "I know that the decision does not depend on me, but on the two clubs. "At the beginning it was a little difficult because of the injury I suffered and I wanted to show my qualities by starting well, but injuries are a part of football. "I have worked extensively with the coach and I have always had the support of my peers and the club and this helped me a lot for the second part of the season where I played a little more."
