Torino president Urbano Cairo has dismissed rumours linking midfielder Alessandro Rosina with a loan move away from the club in the January transfer window.
The 24-year-old has struggled to find form and has made just seven starts in Serie A this season, but Cairo is adamant that Rosina is still a valued member of coach Walter Novellino's squad.
He said: "Alessandro will not go on loan to Arsenal in order to rediscover his form, because he doesn't need that.
"Rosina has my respect and also the respect of coach Walter Novellino, he isn't leaving.
"Alessandro will be staying here so that he can make his contribution to this team's objectives.
"It's not possible for Rosina to spend six months in England to recharge his batteries. He has no need to and he is training intensely with Novellino."
