Jose Antonio Reyes remains determined to leave Arsenal and return to Spain after confirming he does not want to play in England again.
The former Sevilla star has struggled to settle in London and has spent much of the summer trying to seal a move to Real Madrid and, more recently, Atletico Madrid.
"What I want is to come to Spain. I won't play again in England," he told Marca.
"I want to return. If it's to play for Atletico Madrid I say yes, if it's to play for Real Madrid I say yes, if it's to play for Sevilla I say yes."
The Gunners have already turned down a bid for Reyes from Atletico Madrid but with the transfer window due to close on Thursday may be keen to revive a deal for the wantaway winger.
