Real Madrid want to wrap up a £22million deal for Valencia midfielder David Silva before the World Cup. The Bernabeu giants want to steal a march on the 24-year-old's suitors for fear that Manchester United, Barcelona or Liverpool could renew their interest in the Spain international. Madrid's move is also an indication that they won't follow up interest in Arsenal midfielder Cesc Fabregas.
