Email me your views on the game at dan.ripley@dailymail.co.uk[LNB] Sunderland 1-1 Arsenal (5.30pm)Sunderland: Mignolet, Onuoha (Zenden,76), Bramble, Ferdinand, Richardson, Elmohamady, Riveros (Gyan, 64), Henderson, Malbranque (Reid, 86), Welbeck, Bent. Subs: Carson, Bardsley, Da Silva, Colback.[LNB]Arsenal: Almunia, Clichy, Squillaci, Koscielny, Sagna, Song, Wilshere, Nasri, Fabregas (Rosicky, 29), Arshavin (Denilson, 58), Chamakh. Subs: Fabianski, Vela, Djourou, Eboue, Gibbs.[LNB]Goals: Fabregas (13)[LNB]Referee: Phil Dowd (Staffordshire) [LNB]19.29: On the balance of play a draw is probably a fair result, and that takes in to account that extraordinary fluke from Fabregas.[LNB]Thank you for following coverage of what has been a great encounter. That is all from me.[LNB]19.26: With that dramatic ending, Arsenal miss the chance to go top as they remain a  point behind league leaders Chelsea who play tomorrow at home to Blackpool.[LNB]19.25: Arsene Wenger is absolutely furious, the allotted injury time had elapsed when Bent scored, and his handshake with Bruce was...awkward to watch to say the least.[LNB]Full-time: Sunderland 1-1 Arsenal[LNB]90+5min: GOAL! Sunderland 1-1 Arsenal[LNB]Carnage! It's feeding off scraps in the box at its most dramatic. Darren Bent pounces on a loose ball 5 yards out to fire home the most dramatic of equalisers.[LNB]90+4min: They are dropping deeper and deerper Arsenal, and Sunderland have another corner but again Arsenal clear. Tense...[LNB]90+3min: In fact it's Arsenal with a chance as Denilson leads a solo break shooting just wide from 20 yards out as the defence begin to outnumber him.[LNB]90+2min: Still Sunderland pressure but they can't muster any chances on goal.[LNB]90+1min: Like the others though it's poor and easily cleared.[LNB]90min: Four extra minutes, Sunderland win a corner and everyone is up....apart from Mignolet.[LNB]88min: Arsenal win a  fortuitous free-kick in the Sunderland half after Richardson appeared to win the ball off Chamakh, they head straight for the corner flag.[LNB]87min: Arsenal dropping deep, Sunderland have gone route one, three minutes to go.[LNB]86min: On comes Reid, with Malbranque making way.[LNB]85min: Free-kick to Arsenal 25 yards out after Malbranque's trip on Denilson, Sunderland look very tired now.[LNB]84min: Andy Reid is getting ready to come on, last roll of the dice from Bruce as he surely will throw caution to the wind.[LNB]82min: The sending off has done nothing to alter the course of this game, it remains pretty even, with Arsenal looking to play keep ball whenever they get possession.[LNB]81min: Top stop from Almunia, Malbranque curls in a beautiful ball for Gyan whose header from 12 yards is well caught by the keeper.[LNB]76min: Counting his lucky stars Steve bruce gambles and on come Bolo Zenden for Onuoha as Sunderland look to snatch a goal back.[LNB] Over the top: Rosicky blasted his penalty over the bar[LNB]74min: A clumsy foul from Elmohamady on Nasri in the box gives Arsenal a glorious chance to wrap this up.[LNB]But Rosicky goes for power, and blasts the penalty over. Game on again.[LNB]74min: PENALTY (Arsenal)[LNB]71min: Just under 20 minutes left and this game still has loads to deliver, next goal will be big and I can't see this petering out in to a 1-0.[LNB]66min: This game is becoming very stretched, Arsenal naturally refuse to shut up shop and continue to look dangerous going forward. But in doing so they are looking more vulnerable than ever to the counter. Cat and mouse stuff, great to watch.[LNB]Off: Alex Song gets his marching orders[LNB]64min: Last action for Riveros as new man Gyan comes on in his place, big cheer from the Wearside faithful.[LNB]63min: Cards o'clock now. Riveros is now booked for some obstruction on Chamakh, harsh booking that. I don't understand Dowd's policy on cards here.[LNB]60min: Samir Nasri wastes a good chance to put Arsenal further in front as he hits a free-kick 18 yards out just over the bar, following a foul by Titus Bramble...who probably should have been booked.[LNB]58min: Sunderland have reverted to short corners now, and it nearly comes off. Darren Bent firing a powerful effort just wide from a low Henderson cross.[LNB]Denilson is on for Arshavin.[LNB]57min: Momentum with the Black Cats, the crowd, who have been in huge vocal support all game really behind their team now.[LNB]55min: Alex Song is in trouble. As Sunderland counter, Alex Song cynically checks Steed Malbranque and that is a bookable offence.[LNB]Phil Dowd agrees and produces a second yellow, followed by a red as Alex Song is sent off.[LNB] Top block: Mignolet denies Chamakh a chance to make it 2-0[LNB]53min: Great stop from Mignolet. As Chamakh runs in to the box unmarked the keeper fumbles him at his feet just at the Moroccan shapes his body to place an effort in to the corner.[LNB]52min: We have seen better from Bent, he heads wide a delightful Ahmed Elmohamady cross, Wilshere is back up.[LNB]51min: Arsenal looking a bit more lively than they did in the first period, but now Wilshere is down again and looks in pain down on the touchline.[LNB]49min: On his weaker left foot Arshavin fires wide from the left side of the penalty box, weaker foot or not it was quite bad.[LNB]48min: Wilshere is back on but now Sagna goes down after a late challenge from Welbeck, who is booked.[LNB]46min: Now WIlshere is down, looks more winded than anything after a challenege from Ferdiannd, as Welbeck fires over.[LNB]Second-half: Back underway, no changes from either side.[LNB]18.23: I Have not got a clue how Arsenal are winning this. Sunderland have been the much better side but the lack of a cutting edge up front is really hurting them.[LNB]Arsenal have hardly had a chance but will be greatful for the fluke and you would have to back them to see this one out.[LNB]Half-time: Sunderland 0-1 Arsenal[LNB]45min: Sunderland will not want this half to end having dominated the whole period, they have an extra two minutes of added time.[LNB]44min: Rare attack from Arsenal leads to a corner, Riveros lumps a clearance high and far.[LNB]40min: More news on Fabregas, looks like it is in fact his hamstring that he has damaged, don't ask me how that relates to the goal.[LNB]38min: Song receives a booking for dissent, after admittedly he gives away a harsh free kick.[LNB]Having been lucky not to be booked earlier, it is karma being served.[LNB] Another chance gone: Bent rues another missed opportunity for Sunderland[LNB]36min: Oh what a chance! Yet another ball is pinged in to the Arsenal box but Riveros completely scuffs his diving header, heading in to the ground and not the goal.[LNB]35min: Arsene Wenger this week claimed his team are not protected enough by referees.[LNB]Here is today's foul count:[LNB]Sunderland 1Arsenal 10[LNB]I'm not convinced.[LNB]34min: News on Fabregas' injury is it looks like he has damaged his right knee...due to the goal.[LNB]31min: Arsenal are really struggling, the Black Cats are laying siege to the Gunner's penalty box but the defence remains strong if not convincing.[LNB]30min: Another corner for Sunderland but Manuel Almunia is getting in on the act now as it's his turn to easily end the danger as he comfortably takes.[LNB]29min: There is the change then as Rosicky comes on for the struggling Fabregas.[LNB]28min: Home fans not happy with ref Phil Dowd, he has denied them two penalty shouts but on reflection he has made the right calls. Malbranque and Darren Bent on both occasions going down a bit too easily.[LNB]27min: Luck is running out for Fabregas, he is limping and Tomas Rosicky is limbering up to come on.[LNB]Lucky man: Arshavin congratulates Fabregas on his bizarre goal[LNB]25min: Pattern of the game, Sunderland win a corner/free-kick, delivery is poor, Gunners clear. Sunderland can not keep wasting these set-pieces.[LNB]23min: Wilshere has been pretty ordinary so far and his tricks are getting him in to trouble as Welbeck steals the ball off him before he brings the striker down cynically to earn himself a booking and give Sunderland a free-kick 25 yards out.[LNB]19min: First chance for Arsenal, Andrey Arshavin's ball in the box finds Alex Song at the back post, but his downward header is well tipped behind by Mignolet for a corner.[LNB]16min: Another chance as well, Steed Malbranque getting a first time effort all wrong from 20 yards out as his powerful effort goes high enough to clear two goals.[LNB]15min; Sunderland continue to dominate, and from a corner Nedum Onuoha heads over from an unmarked position, should score.[LNB]13min: GOAL! Sunderland 0-1 Arsenal[LNB]One of the biggest flukes you will ever see. Anton Ferdinand hits a clearance straight at Cesc Fabregas and from 40 yards out the ricochet zips straight over Simon Mignolet.[LNB]11min: Another free-kick from Sunderland and as the ball is headed clear by Arsenal Jordan Henderson hits a volley which in truth makes Riveros' world class. (see 1min).[LNB]9min: Works against Braga but Sunderland just not having it early on, They intercept Wilshere in the middle of 'one of those' passing moves that go on for ever, and are on top in this game.[LNB] Kick in to a song: Steed Malbranque stretches to challenge Alex Song[LNB]7min: Brilliant work from Steed Malbranque, he beats four Arsenal players before his cross is blocked for a corner.[LNB]Sadly the corner is wasted as Jordan Henderson hits it straight over everyone's head.[LNB]5min: Lovely football from Arsenal, Fabregas, Nasri and Song all link up well to set up Arshavin 20 yards out but as the Russian takes a touch his shot miscues and it flies high and wide.[LNB]3min: Bright start from Sunderland. They win a free-kick in the Arsenal half after Bacary Sagna brings down Danny Welbeck who was in danger of showing him a clean pair of heels.[LNB]1min: First shot 25 yards out from Riveros, as he his volley goes miles over, would have been special had that found the net.[LNB]17.30: Arsenal kick us off.[LNB]17.28: Teams are out on a bright evening at the Stadium of Light.[LNB]17.25: Game moments away and judging by his starting role Marouane Chamkh is quickly settling in at the Emirates. Click here for  Matt Lawton's interview with the striker on how Laurent Blanc shaped his move to north London.[LNB]17.23: Key to Arsenal hanging on to their unbeaten record? Stop Darren Bent.[LNB]Sunderland have not won a game without him scoring in over a year now.[LNB]17.20: Of course Samir Nasri also makes his first start since the opening day and Cristian Riveros makes only his second Premier League start.[LNB]17.17: Steve Bruce elects to keep his secret weapon on the bench, Asamoah Gyan goal on his debut not enough to earn him a start as his manager keeps faith in Manchester United loan signing Danny Welbeck.[LNB]17.15: No real shocks from either side's lineup, Jack Wilshere's impressive performance mid-week means he keeps his starting spot ahead of Denilson.[LNB]17.05: If there is one team in the Premier League you do not want to face right now it is Arsenal.[LNB]Yet that is the task facing Steve Bruce's Sunderland who will look to inflict the Gunners' first defeat of the season at the Stadium of Light.[LNB]Arsene Wenger's side have been scoring goals like it has been going out of fashion, with Blackpool and Braga and Bolton ball being hit for 16 goals between them.[LNB]None of this 'Arsenal don't like it up North' either, as their convincing win at Blackburn earlier in the season proves they can mix it with anyone right now.[LNB]Sunderland have not started badly themselves and with Darren Bent in top form, theBlack Cats should at least provide a stern test today. Team news on the way.[LNB] Stars of today and tomorrow: Cesc Fabregas (right) and Jack Wilshere (second right) are in top form[LNB] Big Sam blasts Wenger and accuses rival of putting pressure on refereesSo, does Arsene have a point?
