In true Arsenal fan style, supporters of the North London club have set out to ban referee Mike Dean from taking charge of future Arsenal games.

The Gunners have been showing their off-field prowess by collection more than 55,000 signatures for a petition on Change.org, as they look to ‘Prevent Mike Dean from refereeing another Arsenal game’.

The petition comes after Arsenal lost a fiery clash against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge in which Gabriel and Santi Cazorla were sent off, while Blues striker Diego Costa went unpunished despite instigating the incident that led to the Gunner’s first red card.

Jamie Cassar, the petition's creator, points to ‘poor decisions’ in ‘recent and past games’ from Mike Dean, as well as providing video evidence in the document addressed to The Football Association.
