Ronnie Moore believes Rotherham's loan capture of Arsenal midfielder Mark Randall is a real feather in the club's cap.[LNB] The 21-year-old Gunner has joined the Millers on loan until January and is set to make his debut at Southend on Saturday.[LNB]And Moore, who nicked Randall from under the noses of several higher-placed clubs, says the move is right for all involved.[LNB]"He is a fantastic player. I imagine he will be ear-marked on Saturday for someone to go straight through him as a 'welcome to Division Two'," Moore said. "It will be a shock for him to come from the Champions League at Arsenal to Rotherham in League Two.[LNB]"I think it's fantastic for the club. It shows ambition from the club and great ambition from him because he doesn't want to sit in Arsenal's reserves.[LNB]"There's been six or seven Championship clubs that have gone mad that we've got him because they really wanted to take him, but Graham Brown, our chief scout has done a fantastic job."
