Left again for Gallas

France international William Gallas may have to make his Arsenal debut at left-back against Middlesbrough on Saturday.
The 29-year-old centre-back consistently cited being played on the left as the main reason he wanted to leave Chelsea, but having finally got his move he may still find himself playing out of position.
The Gunners' first choice left-back, Gael Clichy, is still sidelined by a foot injury, leaving manager Arsene Wenger with few options.
"Gallas can play in different positions at the back and that is what we need," Wenger told the club's official website.
"He is used to the Premiership, he knows what it is all about and what it is to go to difficult places. That is why I am happy to have him.
"He can play left-back and there is a possibility he may play there (on Saturday).
"At the moment we have a problem there. Justin Hoyte prefers to play at right-back, so Gallas is the most capable to sort that out."
