Leeds and Hull are reportedly leading the race to sign £1.2million Arsenal striker Jay Simpson. [LNB]The 21-year-old Englishman has been deemed surplus to requirements at the Emirates Stadium and is in talks with a number of Championship clubs over a potential move.
