Olympiakos midfielder Cristian Ledesma insists his side have travelled to Emirates Stadium intent on creating a shock. The Greek side take on the Gunners in the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday night with both sides already having three points on the board. Olympiakos got off to a winning start in Group H as they defeated Dutch side AZ Alkmaar 1-0 while Arsenal came from behind to beat Standard Liege 3-2. Argentine Ledesma insists the two sides should be favourites to progress and has therefore warned Arsenal of their intentions ahead of the game. "Olympiakos arrive in London under no illusions but with the intention of making a big surprise in the Champions League," he said. "Arsenal are the favourites for most people but in the world of football many surprises are possible. "Our objective is to take advantage of our chances for goals and place problems on Arsenal, but for this to happen we must concentrate. "From the first minute we need a big game," he added. "The victory against AZ has done a lot to boost our moral. To begin the group phase with a victory at home was key and now we are in London with calmness and with the pressure off." FabregasWith Andrey Arshavin and Brazilian Denilson missing through injury, Ledesma has highlighted Cesc Fabregas as Arsenal's key player. "The key for the match is to stop Cesc Fabregas and to avoid the danger in our area. If we do not stop him it will be easy for them to generate chances. "Arshavin and Denilson are absent through injury but Arsenal do not depend exclusively on one or two players, any player is able to generate problems for their opposition," he added. The 30-year-old admitted that his side's main objective is to get through the group but reiterated that the Greek side are not in London to defend. "Our challenge is to pass the first stage and things are looking OK after the first match. I am optimistic and confident that Arsenal and us will progress," he said. "Olympiakos will not prepare a defensive formation for the Emirates because this will surely be a defeat for us."
