Lassana Diarra set to snub Manchester United and fight for Real Madrid place

Battle: Diarra wants to make his mark in Madrid[LNB]Lassana Diarra has vowed to fight for his place in the Real Madird side as Manchester United weigh up a January move for the midfielder. [LNB]Diarra is behind Xabi Alonso and Sami Khedira in Jose Mourinho's plans and, according to reports in Spain, the former Chelsea, Arsenal and Portsmouth player could be on his way out of the Bernabeu.
