JAMIE REDKNAPP: Super Samir Nasri shows that Arsenal have finally replaced Robert Pires

SUPER SAMIR Two outstanding performers in Gareth Bale and Samir Nasri this season. Bale just edges it for me right now, because of his magnificent Champions League displays, but Nasri is coming on strong. Look at his two goals on Saturday and the balance it took for him to score them. Arsenal have finally replaced the 15 goals a season of Robert Pires in their team.[LNB] Top Gun: Arsenal's Samir Nasri celebrates his second goal against Fulham[LNB]PLAY FOR CARLO What has happened to Chelsea? Four weeks ago, we might as well have given them the trophy, arranged the party and taken the pictures. Losing Ray Wilkins, Didier Drogba's malaria and injuries have contributed to their form, but what they need is for the players to take responsibility. They have to play for Carlo Ancelotti, their manager.[LNB]BIG WIN, BIG SAM Congratulations to Blackburn's Sam Allardyce. Having lost 7-1 at Manchester United, he has earned his money since then. He has put his arm around some players and taken the big stick to others, such as Pascal Chimbonda. We don't always see the hard graft and the psychology that goes on behind the scenes in picking up deflated players. He's good at it.[LNB]THAT'S VALUE Snoods are all the rage, but I have no problem with players staying warm - especially the excellent Carlos Tevez. It seems like he has been wearing one since July but that's 33 goals in 50 Premier League games for Manchester City. He plays with heart and passion and is the one City player whose value has gone up. He's been good value since he arrived for £25m.[LNB]SWEET BAINES Leighton Baines delivered a top performance of attacking and defensive skills at Chelsea. We haven't seen his best form at international level when he has looked a little restrained. Playing for Everton, the left back advances with menace and creates chances. He has a sweet left foot and that display surely proves he has to be Ashley Cole's understudy.[LNB]DI MATTEO DE-LIGHT The achievement of West Bromwich in looking very much at home in the big league could bring them a problem in the long term. Keeping hold of the impressive Roberto Di Matteo may present them with a challenge. His team play quality high-tempo football and the improvement of Chris Brunt and James Morrison is evidence of his talent.[LNB]MORE GOALS PLEASE Jordan Henderson has promise. If he wants to become one of the top midfielders in the Premier League, he needs to base himself on Frank Lampard and Steven Gerrard and get into double figures in the goalscoring charts. England might have come too quickly for the 20-year-old and the experience took a lot out of him. He seems to be a good lad and he should stay at Sunderland to develop further.
