Carragher in action for England against the USA at the World Cup finals in South Africa [LNB]Sir Trevor Brooking, the FA'sdirector of football development, confirmed the organisation wereseeking to appoint new young English coaches.[LNB]Brooking said: 'We will probablybring someone in, in the new year, trying to involve them across thebroad part of the organisation, rather than just with the senior team.To look at our teams, our structure and sample what being aninternational manager is all about.[LNB]In demand: Wilshere may be selected for Under 21s and seniors[LNB]'Players who might be starting tothink about doing courses can come in and watch the development teamstrain, just to see if they can have some input and if they like it ornot.'[LNB]Carragher's involvement would not immediately mean a role working directly with Fabio Capello's firstteam, but the FA are keen to absorb him, and others like him, into thesystem rather than see him drift into television like BBC pundit AlanShearer.[LNB]Carragher, out injured afterdislocating his shoulder against Tottenham last month, has made nosecret of his desire to one day manage Liverpool and is well into theprocess of acquiring his coaching qualifications.[LNB]He is a keen student of the gamewith a vast knowledge of players. At 32, he may want to play on at thetop level for a few more years, but this role would be flexible andgive him the chance to secure aplace within the FA's coaching set-up as they look to open the NationalFootball Centre in Burton, which will operate as a hub for coacheducation.[LNB]One of the main reasons Carragherwas tempted out of international retirement to join England's World Cupsquad was the chance to watch and learn from Capello.[LNB]He could soon work closely withUnder 21 boss Stuart Pearce, who Brooking revealed on Tuesday would beinvited to discuss a new contract next month.[LNB]Arsenal's Jack Wilshere is on coursefor club v country rows next year with England confirming theirdetermination to take the 'strongest possible team' to the EuropeanUnder 21 Championship.[LNB]That will not be well received byArsenal boss Arsene Wenger, because the 18-year-old is likely to beinvolved in Capello's senior squad in the second half of the season.[LNB]Wenger argues that players should bein one international team or the other although he was forced toconcede defeat in a power struggle with Pearce over Theo Walcott'sappearance in the last Under 21 finals in Sweden.[LNB] Doubling up: Trevor Brooking (left) feels players can play for Fabio Capello's England team and then join up with the Under 21s[LNB]Walcott, 21, is eligible for next year's tournament in Denmark, but could be excused because he does not need the experience.[LNB]Wilshere will be expected to makehimself available for the two-week tournament, which starts on June 11,a week after Capello's team play a Euro 2012 qualifier againstSwitzerland at Wembley.[LNB]The same goes for Micah Richards,Jordan Henderson, Kieran Gibbs and any other eligible players who havealready broken into the senior ranks.[LNB]Brooking said: 'If there was anyone Fabio wanted, we'd like to feel they could play and then join up with the Under 21s.'[LNB] Not Inter-ested: Capello will stick with England as Benitez looks set for axe'I'd be happy to finish at Spurs': Harry denies he's a shoo-in for England Hodgson hopeful over January reinforcements at Liverpool[LNB] [LNB]  Explore more:People: Jamie Carragher, Trevor Brooking, Fabio Capello, Jack Wilshere, Theo Walcott, Stuart Pearce Places: Liverpool, Denmark, United Kingdom
