I can't believe we got Arsenal: Aiden curses Celtic's nightmare draw

Aiden McGeady lamented Celtic's luck in landing Champions League opposition of Arsenal's calibre. The Parkhead winger believes his side have drawn the only one of the final qualifyinground clubs with a realistic chance of winning the competition outright. Adopting a defiant hue, however, the Republic of Ireland winger believes the fact Celtic have pushed Manchester United hard at home in recent seasons should serve as a warning to the Gunners. Reflecting on the harsh reward which came from overcoming Dynamo Moscow last week, McGeady said: 'It was the first time we had won away in Europe for six years and now we have an even bigger task ahead of us. 'In the final qualifying round draw, Arsenal are probably the only team that have agenuine chance of winning the Champions League and we got them. 'I can imagine what it's like to play against them; they like to keep the ball. It will be amassive, massive tie but we've got the first leg at home and we've got a good chance.' Celtic have an impressive record against English Premier League opponents, losing only four games in 16 attempts and McGeady, with the Ireland squad in Tipperary, added: 'We beat Manchester United a few years ago and drew with them last season.' Celtic may get an unexpected boost for the Arsenal tie, as Barcelona prepare a £28million offer for Spanish captain Cesc Fabregas.
