Hill-Wood warns against AW criticism
The Gunners will hold their annual meeting on Thursday as Wenger celebrates his 60th birthday.
The French tactician came under attack from some shareholders when he last met with them in May.
His transfer policy was questioned, while there were also concerns over his tactics after a fourth successive season without silverware.
Arsenal have since made a promising start to the new campaign and Wenger has become the longest-serving manager in the club's history.
Having now been in charge for over 13 years, Hill-Wood insists he will not tolerate any disrespectful remarks towards Wenger.
"Arsene is going to say a few words and woe betide any shareholder who stands up and tries to criticise him," Hill-Wood told the Daily Star.
"I am not going to have it because what he has done over 13 years is unbelievable.
"If you were a sensible, realistic shareholder, you would be very pleased at what is happening here."
