Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez could have been an Arsenal player if he had listened to Thierry Henry.[LNB]The Gunners legend could not understand why Argentina international Tevez spent so much time on bench when he first arrived at West Ham in 2006.[LNB]Tevez, who had a season at Upton Park before joining Manchester United and then moving to Eastlands earlier this year, told the Daily Mirror: 'When I was left on the bench at West Ham and we were playing Arsenal, Thierry Henry bumped into me in the car park afterwards.[LNB] Different path: Tevez (centre) could have been a Gunner[LNB]'He said, "hey, what are you doing here? Come and play with us - its incredible that you can't get a game in this team".[LNB]'Having got this far in my career, fighting for my place doesn't bother me. I'm used to it.
