Arsenal have reportedly beaten off competition from Chelsea to sign highly-rated Holland Under-16 international Kyle Ebecilio from Feyenoord. The promising midfielder is set to officially join the Gunners on July 1, according to reports emerging from his homeland. The Blues were also rumoured to be keen on Ebecilio, but it is believed he opted for Arsenal due to Arsene Wenger's record of giving youth a chance. It is believed the Gunners have been tracking Ebecilio for some time after being impressed by his strength and powerful running from midfield.
