Gunners lose Adebayor

Arsenal could be without Emmanuel Adebayor for the next three weeks after the Togo striker picked up a thigh injury on Carling Cup duty.

The 22-year-old forward lasted just 20 minutes of the Gunners' 2-0 victory over West Brom on Tuesday before being replaced.

"It doesn't look too good. He will miss the game against Everton (this weekend) and maybe more," revealed manager Arsene Wenger.

"This type of injury usually takes 21 days."

Adebayor arrived at the north London club in January and has made 12 appearances this season.
